Inland Valley Hospice provides four distinct levels of care to meet the varying needs of our patients at different stages of their end-of-life journey. Routine Home Care ensures the management of symptoms and the provision of medical, emotional, and spiritual support in the patient’s home. Continuous Home Care is available when a patient requires more intensive nursing care to manage acute symptoms. For patients who need short-term symptom control that cannot be managed at home, General Inpatient Care is provided. Finally, Respite Care offers a brief reprieve for family caregivers while the patient is cared for in a hospice facility. Each level of care is designed with the utmost respect for the patient and family’s comfort and needs.
